Yeezy 350's usually fit slightly small compared to usual sizing in the majority , therefore we would suggest that you go half a size or a full size up from your usual shoe size.

Exchanges and returns:

• We give customers 14 Days to return their order starting from the delivery date. You can return for a refund, exchange the size or get store credit.
• Simply submit your return via our returns portal.
• You can also choose to exchange the size or get store credit.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail tracked service.

DELIVERY:

*We are currently experiencing shipping delays, orders may take up to 7 days to be dispatched.

Whilst most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, some orders may be delayed.

Royal Mail First-Class signed items take 1-2 working days to arrive from dispatch.

Royal Mail Standard Signed Delivery may take 3-5 working days to arrive from dispatch.

A signature will be required on delivery, and someone else can sign for the package if necessary.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day or deliver to your neighbour.
